Our featured arrangements, bunches and stems are guaranteed to be of the freshest quality, early in their bloom span, from the time of purchase or delivery.
Flowers/Perishables: Fragile flowers such as cut Roses, Daffodils, Tulips, etc. are perishable product and so, for instore credit guaranteed for 24 hours upon purchase or upon delivery. For an in-store credit, we must be contacted by phone at 250-477-7128 within 12h of delivery and the arrangement must be returned within 24 hours to our Brentwood Bay Location at 7175 West Saanich Rd. Credits do not apply to delivery charges. Flowers must not be brought back disassembled, after use of an event, photoshoot or with obvious damage sustained after delivery eg. dropped vase.
Green & Flowering Plants: Blooming plants are guaranteed for one week. Plants must be in the original pot when returned. We must have the receipt for an instore credit of another product in our store. Credits do not apply to delivery charges.
Non-perishable: Crystal Jewelry, Apparel, Silk Flower Stems products are guaranteed for 7 days. Items such must be unworn, un-used and returned in the original packaging for an in-store credit. Credits do not apply to delivery charges.
Substitutions: When you order products from our website, our designers will complete the order as closely as possible to the picture. Flowers are a living and natural element and have their own bend, color variation, and uniqueness therefore, no two arrangements are precisely the same. Color and flower substitutions may be necessary according to availability. Prices vary depending on their local seasonal growing patterns.
Delivery: We are not at liberty to control arrival times but will do our best to meet customer requests made in special instructions. Deliveries arrive between 10am and 7:00pm or sundown. Upon arrival, if there is no answer at the door, orders are placed in an inconspicuous location at the main entry, out of immediate weather elements. Only if requested, do we call ahead. It is customary to leave a door hanger behind letting recipients know they have received flowers.
Holiday Order Management: Holidays such as May 9th, February 14th, the second Monday of October, and December 24th there we require customers accept flexible delivery date within a five-day window before or after the requested date for delivery. Due to the magnitude for service requests on these special days, we are not able to complete every order on or before these dates and the customer accepts this by placing their orders for flowers during these holidays.
